Will anything be shipped to me?
No. Our products are digital downloads unless an Etsy listing explicitly states otherwise.
Where do I download my purchase?
Your files are delivered through Etsy. Open your Etsy purchases in a web browser to access the available downloads.
Can I print a file more than once?
Personal-use terms are shown on each Etsy listing and in included files where applicable. Check the product license before use.
What paper should I use?
For art prints, a quality matte or lightly textured paper is a versatile choice. Planners and worksheets often work well on standard bright-white paper.
Can colors look different when printed?
Yes. Screens emit light while printers use ink, so small color differences are normal. Printer settings and paper choice also affect the result.
Can I return a digital download?
Because digital files cannot be physically returned, Etsy shop policies and applicable law govern refunds. Contact us if a file has a technical problem.
Do I need special software?
