## Verify the five ratio archives
Each approved package contains five customer ZIPs: 2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 11:14, and ISO/A-series. Product 19 contains six JPG pieces per archive; products 44 and 48 contain three.
## Verify wildflower pixels
The wildflower files record 4896×7344, 3672×4896, 4896×6120, 2244×2856, and 4772×6754 pixels in ratio order, with a 204-DPI production record.
## Verify triptych pixels
The mushroom and woodland-animal files record 5760×8640, 4320×5760, 5760×7200, 2640×3360, and 5614×7946 pixels in ratio order, with a 240-DPI production record.
## Apply the archive-limit warning
The approved manifests record 204 or 240 DPI for the largest available files to keep archives inside the marketplace ceiling. This is a packaging fact, not a sharpness promise.
## Apply the upscaling warning
Every ratio record warns that the source was upscaled and should be reviewed at print size. More pixels do not guarantee recovered petals, cap edges, fur-like detail, or exact color.
## Apply ratio-crop warnings
The packages record approximate aspect adjustments of 11.1% for 3:4, 16.7% for 4:5, 15.2% for 11:14, and 5.6% for ISO/A1. Inspect each selected ratio.
## Keep customer and preview files separate
Use the approved ZIPs and delivered JPGs for output. Listing galleries, room scenes, frames, mats, and staged objects are previews, not customer files, shipped goods, scale evidence, or print proof.
## Count primary focal forms
Use one consistent rule to count primary subjects in every artwork. Record secondary clusters separately so a dense field is not compared with a single focal form using incompatible counts.
## Map the smallest meaningful detail
Identify the smallest feature needed for the composition to read: a petal edge, cap separation, eye-like mark, ear edge, paw-like form, leaf, or sprig. Measure it at intended output size.
## Map the densest quarter
Divide each artwork into four equal regions and record which quarter has the greatest meaningful detail. Compare the densest region after crop and mat overlap.
## Map the quietest quarter
Record the largest low-detail region and how much remains after the selected ratio crop. Quiet area can support separation but does not promise a mood or room effect.
## Measure background value
Sample the largest background region plus the darkest and palest meaningful areas using one documented method. Value separation can vary by printer, paper, profile, and light.
## Measure negative space
Record open area around the primary subject and between important clusters. Check whether crop or mat overlap removes that separation.
## Measure edge activity
Count important shapes, stems, caps, ears, leaves, or sprigs approaching each boundary. The busiest edge deserves the strongest crop proof.
## Compare wildflower field structure
The six compositions include loose bouquets, tall stems, diagonals, and dense fields. Compare repeated small details, edge-active petals, and frame-to-frame rhythm without identifying species.
## Compare mushroom cluster structure
The three compositions vary cap-like clusters, stems, leaf-like forms, moss-like texture, and a log-like support. Compare separation, dark ground, and edge texture without foraging or food claims.
## Compare woodland focal structure
The three compositions use one deer-like, rabbit-like, or bear-like form with small botanical accents. Compare silhouette, face area, ears, paws, and background separation without audience or developmental claims.
## Test nearest normal sightline
View a representative proof from the closest ordinary display distance. Record when small details become visible and whether mat, glazing, and light obscure them.
## Test farthest normal sightline
Move to the farthest intended sightline and record which primary forms still read, which secondary details merge, and which background separations disappear.
## Test thumbnail recognition
Reduce a named image to a small on-screen preview and record the first recognizable mass or silhouette. Thumbnail recognition does not establish print behavior.
## Protect wildflower boundaries
Inspect outer blossoms, tall stems, diagonal sweeps, and loose bouquet edges in every ratio, especially the 16.7% 4:5 adjustment.
## Protect mushroom boundaries
Inspect outer caps, stems, leaf tips, texture, and log-like edges against the exact crop and expected mat overlap.
## Protect animal boundaries
Inspect ear tips, paws, face edges, leaves, clover-like marks, and pine-like sprigs against crop, mat, and frame measurements.
## Compare six frames with three
A six-print set can create a larger sequence but requires more frames, gaps, alignment checks, proofs, and hanging points than a triptych. Calculate the complete display footprint.
## Plan frame sequence
Arrange paper templates using the exact outside frame dimensions. Compare color mass, focal position, dense and quiet prints, and gaps before installation.
## Measure mat overlap
Use the frame or mat maker's current visible-opening measurements. Mark how much of each edge will be hidden and whether a critical feature enters that zone.
## Test wall contrast
Compare the palest boundary, darkest mass, and background value against a measured wall sample or neutral mockup. Do not promise exact color or accessibility.
## Proof the finest detail
Select the file with the smallest measured meaningful feature and proof it at intended size on the intended supported process.
## Proof the darkest mass
Select the artwork with the largest dark area and check detail separation, glare, glazing, mat, and wall contrast.
## Proof the palest boundary
Inspect the faintest meaningful edge against paper, mat, wall, and room light. Record whether it remains distinguishable.
## Proof the busiest edge
Select the file with the most boundary activity and inspect every offered ratio before choosing a crop.
## Proof the quietest print
Choose the artwork with the largest low-detail area and verify that the final crop and mat preserve its intended separation.
## Correct one variable
When a proof fails, name one supported variable—ratio, size, crop, paper, printer setting, mat, frame, glazing, wall sample, or light—and change only that variable.
## Reprint from a named source
Record product, artwork, ratio, filename, revision, printer, paper, settings, and date. Never reprint from a listing preview or screenshot.
## Reopen before reuse
Close and reopen the ZIP, selected JPG, crop proof, print file, and wall plan. Verify product, ratio, pixels, DPI metadata, crop, revision, and frame assignment.
## Archive and restore
Keep the original ZIPs, delivered JPGs, proofs, frame measurements, wall plan, and notes. Restore to a temporary location and verify counts, hashes, pixels, ratios, and revision.
