## Verify six original sheets
Each approved package records six original sheet designs. Do not infer an individual sticker count from the sheet count or a listing preview.
## Verify customer files
Each customer ZIP contains twelve PNG pages, one six-page US Letter PDF, one six-page A4 PDF, and one README. Each package also supplies a separate illustrated guide PDF.
## Verify US Letter pixels
Each ZIP contains six 2550×3300 US Letter PNGs with inspected 300-DPI metadata.
## Verify A4 pixels
Each ZIP contains six 2480×3508 A4 PNGs with inspected 300-DPI metadata.
## Confirm opaque page files
The inspected PNGs use RGB mode without alpha. They are complete printable pages, not transparent individual sticker elements or supplied cut paths.
## Confirm warning state
The three approved manifests currently record no warnings. That does not promise software, printer, paper, cutter, scale, adhesion, durability, or results.
## Keep customer and preview files separate
Use the customer ZIPs, PDFs, and PNGs for printing. Listing galleries, planners, desks, paper scenes, and cut examples are previews, not customer files, shipped stickers, scale evidence, or output evidence.

## Measure writing-area geometry
Measure the interior width and height of every label intended for handwriting after printing at actual size. Test the intended writing tool on the chosen stock.
## Count labels and icons
Count labels, icon-only marks, writable boxes, decorative elements, and repeated shapes from the delivered page using one consistent rule.
## Measure text dependence
Identify labels whose meaning depends on small text, numerals, punctuation, or abbreviations. Record the smallest letter height after printing.
## Find the smallest mark
Locate the thinnest line, smallest icon, narrowest gap, and palest meaningful boundary. Proof them at the intended output scale.
## Measure page density
Divide counted labels and icons by the printable page area or compare one consistent region. A denser page may add cutting and sorting burden.
## Measure palette contrast
Compare the weakest text-to-background, icon-to-background, and boundary-to-paper contrast. Do not promise accessibility or exact color without testing the final output.
## Inspect cut boundaries
Measure spacing around the smallest label, rounded corner, tightest gap, and most detailed icon. Printable pages do not automatically provide machine-ready cut paths.
## Keep print scale controlled
Select the matching US Letter or A4 file, use Actual Size or 100 percent when appropriate, disable unintended fit or shrink settings, and verify scale with a ruler.
## Match page and paper size
Use US Letter files for US Letter paper and A4 files for A4 paper. A mismatch can change scale, clip edges, or shift margins.
## Check printer margins
Compare the visible design boundary with the printer manufacturer's documented printable area. Use borderless settings only when the printer, paper, and current driver support them.
## Plan hand cutting
Test the smallest label, largest label, tightest gap, rounded edge, and straight edge with the exact hand tool and stock while following manufacturer guidance.
## Plan machine cutting
Confirm whether software needs manually created paths, registration marks, or a separate working layout. No supplied cut-path compatibility is promised.
## Proof the densest page
Print the page with the highest measured label and icon density. Check text, contrast, margins, cutting access, sorting, and reprint implications.
## Proof the smallest label
Print the smallest writable or text-dependent label at actual size. Test reading, writing, cutting, and handling without zoom.
## Proof the lowest contrast
Test the palest important text, border, or icon and the darkest filled area using intended paper, printer, ink, and room light.
## Proof the narrowest cut margin
Choose the tightest gap between adjacent forms and verify whether the intended cutting workflow can preserve both boundaries.
## Estimate reprint burden
Record which pages contain the labels expected to be reused. Reprinting a full page for one category can increase paper and ink use, but no savings or efficiency outcome is promised.
## Correct one measured variable
When a proof fails, name the page size, scale setting, margin, contrast, text size, cut boundary, paper, printer, or tool and change only one supported variable.
## Reprint from a named source
Name the approved source by product, page, size, and revision. Never reprint from a listing preview, screenshot, or untracked export.
## Reopen the files
Close and reopen the PDF, PNG, and any working cut layout. Verify product, sheet, page size, pixels, DPI, scale, margins, cut paths, and revision.
## Archive and restore
